Booking and business software for dog and cat groomers of every kind: independent, mobile and home groomers, booth renters, and grooming salons with one or many locations. It includes online booking, a hosted website, vaccine tracking, e-signed waivers and photo consent.
Is Furlytic available now?
Furlytic is in early access. Join the list and we will contact you when a spot opens. Features described on this site are planned for early access and may change.
Does Furlytic process payments?
Yes. Furlytic processes card payments, booking deposits and no-show protection through Stripe, with payouts to your bank account.
How does the website builder work?
A setup wizard asks about your business, services, hours and groomers, then publishes a hosted website with a booking button. It is designed to take about ten minutes.
Can clients book without my approval?
No. Clients send requests and nothing is booked until you confirm it.
Why do clients verify a cell number?
A one-time text code confirms a real, reachable person, which cuts down on fake or mistyped requests.
How does vaccine tracking work?
Clients or staff upload a vaccine record, Furlytic reads the expiration dates for you to confirm, and flags pets whose vaccines are due soon.
What is photo consent?
Before a pet appears in any marketing video or post, the owner gives explicit consent. Pets without consent are excluded, including on the Marketing plan.
Does it work for cats?
Yes. Services, durations and notes work for cats as well as dogs.
Can I import my clients?
Importing from a spreadsheet is planned for early access. Tell us what you use today on the early access form.
What does it cost?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After that, pricing is per location: Independent groomer $29, Basic $49 or Hosted $79 a month, or Enterprise at a flat $799 a year. The Marketing add-on is $399 a month. There is no free plan.
